With twenty years’ experience in the financial services industry, former Executive Director of Macquarie Bank, Robyn FitzRoy, is now principal of business consulting company, Ixion Corporation. This company specialises in retail financial services distribution strategy for clients such as Vanguard Investments, AMP and various ADI’s.

Robyn’s key focus and passion centres on assisting mutual organisations build high performance teams at board level. Her services include board performance and fitness and propriety assessments, individual debrief and mentoring of directors and chairman, workshop facilitation, director remuneration reviews, and the crucially important process for achieving successful succession of CEO’s, chairmen and directors.

Robyn is an independent director of Cuscal where she chairs both the Board Governance Committee and the CEO Selection Committee.  She is also an internationally qualified Master Coach and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
